Caseworker (voluntary) in London Area
Job description
The Foundation
The Dove Foundation for Global Change is an international charity dedicated to advancing access to health, education, economic opportunity, and safety for women and young people around the world.
We believe that meaningful change must happen both from the top down and the bottom up — through policy reform, grassroots action, and international collaboration. Our work spans engaging with governments, multilateral organisations, and industry leaders, while also delivering regionally focused programmes that directly impact communities. Our vision is a world where everyone has the opportunity to live a life of decent quality. To achieve this, we promote the inclusion of women in all policies.
At The Dove Foundation for Global Change, we are committed to building a world where women and girls can live with dignity, equity, and safety.
We are launching a new programme in the UK to support women experiencing domestic violence — and we are seeking dedicated Case Workers to join us in this vital work.
This is more than a role; it’s an opportunity to be a safe point of contact, a source of guidance, and a bridge to life-saving resources.
✨ What you’ll do
• Serve as a first point of contact for women seeking help during your scheduled duty hours
• Offer confidential, empathetic support and clear guidance
• Assess needs and connect clients to legal, social, or community resources
• Keep accurate and confidential case notes for smooth handovers
• Escalate urgent or high-risk cases in line with safeguarding protocols
• Contribute to a professional, compassionate, and respectful team culture
✨ What we’re looking for
• Based in the UK, with reliable internet and ability to commit to duty shifts
• Excellent communication & listening skills
• Empathetic, professional, and able to handle sensitive conversations
• Organised and dependable, with a strong commitment to safeguarding
• Multi-lingual applicants welcome
• Experience in social work, counselling, legal support, or related fields is a plus — but training will be provided
✨ What we offer
• Full training and ongoing support
• The chance to make a direct and meaningful difference in women’s lives
• Experience in case management with a pioneering support programme
• Flexible, remote volunteering with set duty hours
• A supportive, collaborative team environment
Location: UK-based (remote)
Preference to London and Manchester, other locations also considered
Commitment: Volunteer duty shifts (flexible scheduling provided)
If you’re ready to stand with women, offer hope, and be part of real change, we would love to hear from you.
