EA - Growing Global Education Platform
A pioneering global educational foundation, focused on spiritual education, is seeking an exceptional EA to join their growing team.
You will initially be focused on providing high-level administrative and coordination support to an inspiring Founder/CEO/Harvard Dr and philanthropist, covering a 9-12 month maternity leave, working in close collaboration with and reporting into a Senior EA who has been supporting the principal on the private side. After the maternity cover, the focus would then be to support the Senior Leadership Team (5 currently).
Based from stunning new purpose built offices in North Central London, with hours from 9 am to 6 pm, this is a hands-on, execution-focused EA role for someone with an appreciation for the foundation’s mission, who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and takes pride in precision, organisation, and calm problem-solving.
Key responsibilities will include; complex diary and meeting management, inbox management and correspondence, travel and logistics coordination (including international travel), preparation of documents and briefing materials, guest coordination, team events
and ad hoc administrative and office support.
You must be degree educated with impeccable attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a calm, proactive approach.
