THE TEAM

Join the Sales & Marketing team at Rosewood London, where creativity, innovation, and collaboration come together to elevate one of the world’s leading luxury hospitality brands. Reporting directly to the Director of Communications, you will work closely with the wider Sales & Marketing team, Digital Hub, brand marketing teams, agencies, and operational departments to deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

YOUR ROLE

As Marketing Executive , you will support the delivery of the hotel’s marketing strategy across all business areas, including rooms, food & beverage, events, and spa. With a particular focus on digital marketing, you will take ownership of performance marketing, website content, SEO, CRM, and e-commerce initiatives, ensuring all activity is delivered effectively, on budget, and with measurable return on investment.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver day-to-day marketing activity aligned with the hotel’s marketing strategy and commercial objectives.
• Manage and optimise website content, SEO performance, and online customer journeys to ensure an engaging and up-to-date digital presence.
• Work closely with the Rosewood Digital Hub and agency partners to drive performance marketing across paid search, display, social, and SEO channels.
• Lead CRM initiatives, including email marketing, database management, and targeted communications campaigns.
• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve results and maximise return on investment.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You are passionate about marketing and have strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and emerging trends.
• You are confident working with multiple systems and digital tools and quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms.
• You have experience managing website content, CRM activity, email marketing campaigns, and e-commerce initiatives.
• You combine creativity with strong analytical skills and enjoy using data and insights to drive performance.
• You build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to deliver successful campaigns.
• You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
