A growing independent accountancy practice in London, is looking to appoint a Partner to support the next phase of its development.

They are seeking an experienced all-rounder who can step into a senior role, take ownership of client relationships, develop junior staff, and play a key role in shaping the future of the business. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment and wants to contribute to both day-to-day operations and strategic direction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts and tax, preferably with CTA qualification, and a solid understanding of owner-managed businesses and SME clients. While the firm does not expect someone to arrive with all the answers, they are looking for a bright, capable professional who is eager to grow into the role.

With junior staff not yet at the stage to take on significant strategic responsibilities, the incoming Partner will play a crucial role in bridging this gap, relieving pressure on the current Partners, mentoring the team, and contributing to the firm's long-term succession planning.
