As a Housekeeping Porter at Brown's Hotel London, you will play a vital role in supporting our dedicated housekeeping team and ensuring the smooth operation of our luxurious hotel environment. With your attention to detail and proactive approach, you’ll help uphold the exceptional standards our guests expect from the Rocco Forte name.
Whether delivering linen, collecting waste, or assisting with guest requests, your efficiency, reliability, and pride in presentation will ensure every guest experiences comfort, care, and quality from the moment they arrive.
You’ll work independently with confidence, while also supporting the wider housekeeping and maintenance teams through clear, respectful communication and teamwork. As a valued part of the Forte family, you will
- Assist in the smooth daily operation of the housekeeping department.
- Deliver and retrieve linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies as needed.
- Support room attendants with the set-up and clearing of guest rooms.
- Remove waste and soiled linen from guest areas in line with hygiene protocols.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest and team requests.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in all back-of-house and guest-facing areas.
- Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
