Bolton Associates are working exclusively on an exciting opportunity to join a Lloyd’s Syndicate in a newly created role of Head of Capital. This is a key leadership role, responsible for building and owning the internal capital model and capital strategy from the ground up.

The Role:
➡️ Lead the development and delivery of the Internal Model and Lloyd’s capital submissions (SCR, ECA, etc.)
➡️Partner closely with underwriters, finance, and risk to embed capital thinking across the business
➡️Shape capital strategy and support investor and Lloyd’s engagement
➡️Report directly into the Group Chief Actuary

You’ll Bring:
➡️Deep knowledge of Lloyd’s capital modelling and Solvency II
➡️Hands-on experience with internal model development and regulatory submissions
➡️Entrepreneurial mindset – excited to be part of building something as the business exit their Managing Agency
➡️FIA qualified (or equivalent), with strong communication and leadership skills

The role offers scope to shape adn build a capital team, work closely with senior execs and have a seat at the table! Ideally you will have had exposure to ReMetrica.
