School Site Manager - Brent | All-Through School (ASAP)
We are working with a vibrant all-through school in Brent seeking a School Site Manager for an immediate start. This role requires a versatile professional capable of managing the unique facilities requirements of both primary and secondary phases.

As the Site Manager, you will work in a fast-paced but supportive environment where your role is central to the school’s operational success. The leadership team understands the complexities of an all-through setting and ensures you have the necessary authority and support to manage the site effectively.
The Role & Responsibilities You will ensure that the school site remains safe, efficient, and fit for purpose for students of all ages.
Facilities Management: Managing the school's hard and soft facilities services, including cleaning, catering equipment maintenance, and security systems.
H&S Auditing: Conducting regular site walks and health and safety audits, presenting findings to the Senior Leadership Team and Governors.
Emergency Response: Acting as the primary key holder and responding to out-of-hours emergencies as required to ensure the site is secure.
Site Development: Identifying opportunities to improve the school's physical environment to enhance the learning experience for pupils.
Salary & Contract Details
Day Rate: £130 – £150 per day
Contract: Full-time | Temporary | ASAP Start
