Job description
Head of Sales | Hybrid / London | £100k - £150k OTE £250k+ (no cap)
An innovative AI company is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead commercial growth, develop strategic client relationships, and drive revenue across deep-tech and industrial sectors.
You’ll play a pivotal leadership role, shaping sales strategy, closing high-value deals, and expanding the organisation’s presence in safety-critical industries. This is an opportunity to help scale a cutting-edge technology business that’s redefining how decisions are made in complex, data-driven environments.
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver ambitious sales and revenue targets
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline from lead generation to deal close
- Develop and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders at key clients
- Lead commercial strategy and sales forecasting, providing insight to senior leadership
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and business development teams to align goals
- Represent the organisation at industry events and thought-leadership forums
What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record selling complex software or AI/ML solutions to large enterprises
- Strong understanding of software buying cycles in engineering-led or regulated industries
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Technical background in engineering, science, or mathematics
- Strategic mindset with hands-on sales execution experience
- Adaptability and drive to thrive in a fast-moving, start-up environment
Nice to Have
- Python or data-modelling familiarity
- Master’s degree in a STEM field
