My client is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented engineer to join their maintenance team at a multi-tenanted commercial building in EC2, City of London. This role offers a Continental shift pattern, providing excellent work-life balance and a competitive salary of up to £53,000.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining electrical systems and equipment, while also liaising directly with landlord services to ensure smooth building operations and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine electrical maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment.


Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, resolving issues promptly to minimise downtime.


Carry out preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce risk of failure.


Assist with installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and machinery.


Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.


Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.


Collaborate with other departments and landlord services to address electrical concerns and support operational efficiency.


Support system upgrades and improvements.


Deliver both PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks.


Operate within a multi-tenanted building, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and maintaining high service standards.
