Property Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Property Manager to join our onsite team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring residents receive excellent service, homes and buildings are maintained to a high standard, and the team works effectively together.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service in line with company standards.
Increase resident satisfaction with service delivery.
Handle resident enquiries, carry out inspections, fire alarm testing, lettings viewings, and other front-line services.
Ensure delivery of key services including tenancy and income management, resident engagement, and unit/building upkeep.
Promote the organisation and build positive relationships with residents and external partners.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth operations.
Skills & Experience
Experience in property management, hospitality, or customer-focused industries is essential.
Awareness of health & safety requirements and ability to implement them on site.
Previous team-working experience with proven ability to achieve targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Well-presented and professional with a passion for customer service.
Ability to think creatively, embrace new challenges, and build strong relationships.
Qualifications in property or customer service would be advantageous.
