The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We’re searching for charismatic, confident and creative Bartenders to join the opening team of Eagle Bar.
In this role, you’ll bring the bar to life – crafting cocktails with flair, reading the room instinctively, and delivering service that’s polished yet personal. You’ll be part of a passionate beverage team shaping one of London’s most anticipated openings.

What You’ll Do

• Craft exceptional cocktails with consistency, creativity and attention to detail

• Deliver warm, intuitive and personalised service aligned with Forbes standards

• Support the creation of menus, seasonal specials and beverage activations

• Maintain an immaculate bar environment with strong product knowledge

• Work closely with Bar leadership to shape guest experience and flow

• Elevate every interaction with charm, confidence and genuine connection

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience in luxury, premium or lifestyle bars

• Strong cocktail foundations and a passion for flavour and technique

• A guest-focused mindset with natural confidence and communication skills

• Calm under pressure, committed to excellence, and collaborative in style

• Energy, curiosity and pride in representing an iconic new Rosewood space
