Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find a Head of Advertising Partnerships to join our Sales team on a fixed term basis to provide maternity cover - Is this your next opportunity?
As Head of Advertising Partnerships, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution of our direct YouTube advertising initiatives across the UK and EMEA markets, whilst supporting the introduction and growth of branded content integrations into Little Dot Studios’ original content.
The role is responsible for setting and achieving ambitious revenue and growth targets, building strategic relationships and alongside the CRO, negotiating high-value commercial deals with key resellers, agency groups, (and where appropriate) media partners & brands.
With clear leadership and collaboration across the business, you will be responsible for managing the UK-based Ad Sales team and Brand Partnerships Manager working cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Agency, Network Verticals, History Hit, Marketing, and Global Ad Sales teams.
Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the digital advertising and branded integration landscape, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product development and sales opportunities.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
Partnerships and Business Development:
Forge, deepen and own executive-level relationships with strategic reseller partners, agency holding groups, and global advertisers & brands, across UK and EMEA. Serve as the primary revenue point-of-contact for high-impact partnerships.
Close and lead high-value, multi-market commercial partnerships, with a primary focus on major resellers and existing high-value advertising partners, ensuring long-term revenue commitments, favourable commercial terms, and alignment with strategic product and go-to-market goals. Negotiate from a position of strength to maximise deal value and longevity.
Enhancing Agency business across commercial partnerships to develop growth of monetisation from Agency client’s key sponsors and commercial advertising partners together with co-MD’s, Agency and commercial leadership team.
Establish & build brand integration partnerships to support monetisation of Network and History Hit original content incorporating host-read ins, sponsorships and brand integrations.
Strategy and Revenue Growth:
Own the go-to-market strategy for YouTube advertising, translating high-level growth targets into actionable weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue-driving initiatives.
Working directly with key reseller partners and existing advertisers, drive profitable, scalable, and repeatable growth through strategic segmentation, pipeline acceleration, and market penetration.
Set and deliver against sales and revenue KPIs, aligning commercial priorities with company-level objectives. Continuously optimise the revenue model to improve margin performance and support sustainable P&L growth.
Lead holistic inventory and yield management strategy, ensuring optimal monetisation across all YouTube inventory by aligning pricing, packaging, and delivery with market demand and advertiser objectives. Use data to forecast yield, manage sell-through rates, and maximise return on inventory.
Develop a data-driven revenue intelligence framework, providing weekly pipeline analysis, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and scenario planning to senior leadership. Use insights to inform budget setting, financial forecasting, and operational strategy.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting through detailed work with Finance and Ad Ops teams and support solving of ongoing queries with partners (content owners and resellers)
Product and Market Insight:
Continuously evolve the product portfolio across YouTube advertising and branded integration, working closely with various teams to ensure offerings are commercially compelling, differentiated vs comparative landscape, and directly tied to revenue opportunity.
Own competitive intelligence and market mapping, using insights to identify new market entry opportunities, product extensions, and areas of commercial defensibility. Translate insight into actionable strategies that generate net-new revenue.
Act as the senior face of the business at industry events, and in trade publications to drive market visibility, reinforce Little Dot Studios’ market proposition, and directly contribute to inbound demand and account pipeline acceleration.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead, and retain a high-performing commercial team, with a clear focus on revenue accountability, professional development, and high-performance culture.
Serve as a strategic escalation point for commercial blockers, pricing strategy, and revenue projection issues across the UK and EMEA. Ensure responsiveness and alignment to customer needs without compromising margin or strategic direction.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between Ad Ops, Finance, and global commercial and content teams to ensure campaign delivery, strategic consistency, and operational efficiency. Enable a shared focus on revenue delivery, customer success, and scalable growth.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Commercial Leadership & Strategy:
Ability to own and execute a go-to-market strategy for UK and EMEA, specifically for YouTube products.
Proven ability to set aggressive KPIs, manage a P&L, and drive profitable, scalable growth through new monetisation streams and margin improvement.
Expertise in holistic inventory management, pricing, packaging, and forecasting to maximize sell-through rates and return on inventory.
Experience leading and closing high-value, multi-market deals with favorable long-term terms.
Industry Knowledge & Product
Deep understanding of the digital ad market, in particular YouTube and Connected TV (CTV).
Understanding of the brand integration world insofar as it relates to creator-led content.
Ability to translate market insights and competitive intelligence into actionable product development and new market entry opportunities.
Capability to develop data-driven revenue frameworks, utilising pipeline analysis and scenario planning to inform executive decisions.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Ability to forge and deepen executive-level relationships with agency holding groups, media buyers, global advertisers, and resellers.
Experience building, leading, and retaining high-performing commercial teams, including succession planning and fostering a culture of accountability.
Strong ability to work across Ad Ops, Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure campaign delivery and operational efficiency.
