The Opportunity

Core Responsibilities
Teach Music across KS3 and KS4, covering theory, composition, and performance using both traditional and modern software tools.
Coordinate ensemble groups and support students in preparing for practical assessments.
Promote artistic communication through the school’s various concert and performance series.
ECT Induction & Support
Professional development sessions tailored to managing performance-based classrooms.
Access to regional music networking groups and artistic communication workshops.
Full technician support for equipment maintenance and recording sessions.
Requirements & Compensation
Essential: Must hold QTS and a relevant Music degree.
Salary: Inner London Teachers' Pay Scale.
