Paid Media Coordinator

Overview: Stella McCartney is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paid Media Coordinator to support the planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel paid media campaigns across digital and offline platforms. This role will play a key part in delivering integrated brand and performance marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue while maintaining Stella McCartney’s luxury positioning and sustainability-led values. The successful candidate will support campaigns across brand and performance media, with a focus on Paid Search and Paid Social - owning campaign briefing, channel reporting and asset organisation while collaborating with internal teams and agency partners to ensure best-in-class execution. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social Own the end-to-end briefing process for all paid media campaigns, ensuring briefs are delivered clearly, accurately and on time Coordinate with Brand Copywriter, creative image teams and key internal stakeholders to manage the development and delivery of campaign assets across all channels Support day-to-day communication with external media agencies to support campaign briefing, implementation, reporting and optimisation Own agency briefing across campaign objectives, audience targeting, creative requirements and media plans Review agency performance reports and provide analysis on campaign effectiveness and optimisation opportunities Monitor campaign performance across all channels, tracking KPIs including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, LTV, reach and engagement Ensure all tracking, tagging and platform setup is accurate and functioning to ensure robust campaign measurement, attribution and reporting accuracy Coordinate with feed partner to oversee product feed updates, including the creation and maintenance of custom labels to support campaign optimisation and segmentation Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, escalating where necessary, while maintaining platform hygiene and accurate documentation across ad accounts Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders Work closely with brand, content and creative teams to ensure all paid media output aligns with Stella McCartney’s brand guidelines and marketing calendar Support the Media Manager across Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic Display, Out-of-Home and Print channels Support budget tracking, invoice management and spend reconciliation across all paid media activity Partner with the Media Manager to support business presentations and communicate channel insights to key stakeholders Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates and competitor insights to ensure best in class execution and identify opportunities Skills & Experience: 1-2 years of experience in paid media (agency background preferred) Knowledge of performance paid media channels – particular strength in Paid Search and Paid Social Experience managing creative briefing and asset coordination Confident with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Business Center Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel and reporting tools including Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio Ability to collate and present reporting materials and insights in a clear and digestible PowerPoint format Experience liaising with agencies and third-party partners Excellent organisational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail – able to juggle priorities with ease Experience with tracking, tagging or campaign setup processes is a plus Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, complex environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Passionate about luxury fashion market and media landscape Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive and solutions-focused Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills Reward: Our philosophy is to go beyond monetary return and consider ourselves responsible for your wellbeing, your family, your health, your time and the community.
