Location: Kensington
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only until July 2025
Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 per annum (term-time only)

The Role
As a Russell Group Graduate Academic Mentor , you will:
- Provide targeted academic support and intervention for students in GCSE and A-Level subjects
- Deliver structured small group and 1:1 tuition to raise attainment and close knowledge gaps
- Support students with exam preparation, revision strategies, and subject confidence
- Work closely with teachers and department leads to track progress and identify learning priorities
- Act as a role model, inspiring students to aim high and develop a love for learning
You will be joining a high-achieving school that values intellectual curiosity and will support you to develop your own teaching and mentoring skills.
What We’re Looking For
- A 2:1 or above degree from a Russell Group university
- Strong subject knowledge (core subjects or humanities/sciences especially welcome)
- A genuine passion for education and student achievement
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience tutoring, mentoring or working with young people (desirable but not essential)
