Regional Process Owner - O2C (1 year FTC)

Purpose of the job
The Regional Process Owner works closely with regional stakeholders to define, drive and execute end-to-end process design and implementation of the new Billing engine and the transformation of the contract to Cash processes within Collinson. The position will report to Global Operational Excellence Director and will be a key member of the Billing transformation project. They will work closely with global subject matter experts and stakeholders within multiple departments to move Collinson in the new ways of working and delivering the project benefits This role will play a crucial lead in transforming the O2C processes globally, identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practice to streamline operations and reduce cycles times from raising a contract through to payment, making use of automation, improving controls and increasing source data accuracy, making it simple for the business and customers to engage with our customers . Key Responsibilities • Identify gaps in current O2C process design and implement necessary changes• Challenge the ASIS process so that process transformation is achieved and that this is not only a technology change
• The design and implementation of the Order to Cash process on the new Billing engine and Microsoft Dynamics
• Participate and co-ordinate activities ensuring expectations are clearly communicated, understood and met
• Support internal productivity and transformation initiatives; actively seeking process standardisation in all departments utilizing the Billing engine
• Acting as project representative for Global Finance Operations in setting business and information architecture standards for the team
• Participate in program of projects including planning, governance, progress tracking and execution
• Provide project oversight and input to ensure timely resolution of risks and issues Knowledge, skills and experience required Skills • Good communication (verbal and written) and inter-personal skills
• Ability to drive and lead change initiatives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Skills in planning and organising, decision-making, negotiation and time management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to forge and build strong working relationships with a diverse set of colleagues Experience • 6+ years’ experience in Billing solutions projects and implementations
• Strong detailed knowledge of existing O2C processes internally and externally – with understanding of best-in-class process and ways of working
• Good working knowledge of Technology awareness in how systems and technology impact the process Competencies • Proactivity and high energy
• Strong Operational Efficiency ethos

• Stakeholder management Required • Experience of working with Billing solutions
• Lean Six Sigma qualified up to Green Belt
