Primary Early Careers Teacher
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a welcoming primary school in Ealing on a full-time, long-term basis.
About the role
As a Primary ECT, you will take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, with guidance and support from experienced colleagues. You will create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom that supports pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. This long-term role offers consistency and the opportunity to become a valued member of the school team.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Managing classroom behaviour effectively and consistently
Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
Engaging fully in professional development and ECT support programmes

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Primary Early Careers Teacher you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (required)
- A positive, enthusiastic, and reflective approach to teaching
- Commitment to a full-time, long-term role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- QTS
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
