Residential Surveyors required – Inner M25 / All areas considered

Independent, long established, reputable non-corporate employer – High quality / Low volume workload with scope for diverse work if keen

Our client is the long established and highly regarded professional services arm of a similarly long established and regarded London (prime market) Estate Agency chain.

They service top tier lender and private instructions carrying out the full range of reports from standard panel MVs through to full building surveys and wider professional services for those surveyors keen to diversify.

As a result of substantial demand for their services (panel and private) they now seek additional Residential Surveyors as follows:

• AssocRICS (1 years PQE+) / MRICS / FRICS qualified with VRS
• All areas within / bordering the M25 considered, with patches built around your preferences / knowledge.
• Preference for independent practice over corporate employment
• Workload to suit, from pure Valuation to L2’s, L3’s or any combination based on your preferences
• Option to take higher basic / lower commission (for those committed to a low volume workload / work-life balance) or lower basic / higher commission (for those keen to undertake high volume panel work)
• Excellent OTE in all cases alongside a friendly, non-corporate environment working under a highly respected London brand.

Basic salaries will range from £50-60k to start with a transparent, high yielding bonus scheme based on fee income (not points!) and a benefits package that includes a quality car and private healthcare.
