cer Financial are working alongside a leading professional services firm. They are seeking a Funds Tax – Associate Director to join their London team, providing tax advisory, compliance and transaction support to fund managers and the funds they manage.

Responsibilities:

• Advise fund managers and funds on tax matters.
• Manage tax compliance and advisory projects.
• Lead a client portfolio and build relationships.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Skills Required:

• CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong UK tax advisory and compliance experience.
• Corporate and partnership tax knowledge.
• Experience managing client portfolios.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
