Schools Regularly Need Data & Admissions Support

School offices can become extremely busy, particularly around admissions, pupil movement, census deadlines and assessment periods.

We regularly hear from schools in Hounslow looking for experienced administrators who can provide immediate support, whether that's covering sickness or simply adding another pair of hands to the team.

We're looking to register Data & Admissions Administrators who are available for flexible temporary work.

Typical Responsibilities

You may be involved in:

• Maintaining accurate pupil records

• Managing admissions applications and enquiries

• Updating the school's MIS

• Processing new starters, leavers and transfers

• Supporting attendance and assessment data

• Producing spreadsheets and reports

• Preparing information for census returns

• Liaising with parents and Local Authorities

• Checking and updating student information

• General school administration

Experience with Arbor, SIMS, Bromcom or another school MIS would be useful.

What We're Looking For

Previous school experience is essential, particularly within a data, admissions or school administration position.

Candidates must also have:

• A clear DBS

• DBS registered on the Update Service, or issued within the past 6 months

• Strong attention to detail

• Good Excel and IT skills

• Excellent organisation

• The ability to work with confidential information

• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time
