Responsibilities of a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will prepare inviting activities, respond to children's interests and support routines with patience and care.

• Deliver play-based experiences linked to the EYFS
• Encourage language, social skills and early problem-solving
• Observe development and contribute useful information
• Support meals, toileting, rest and transitions appropriately
• Keep the environment safe, stimulating and well organised

Requirements for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

A Level 3 Early Years Practitioner must hold a relevant recognised Level 3 qualification. You should understand safeguarding, communicate well with colleagues and families, and bring a calm, positive approach to children's individual needs.
