We are looking to register organised and experienced Examinations Officers for temporary and day-to-day supply opportunities across North London from September 2026.

Schools regularly require additional examinations support during busy periods, staff absence and peak examination windows. This is a great opportunity for someone with exams experience who wants flexibility without committing to a permanent position.

Flexible Exams Work Around Your Availability

This is not a permanent vacancy. Assignments will vary depending on your experience, availability and the requirements of local schools.

You could be supporting a school for individual days, several days at a time or throughout a particularly busy period. Opportunities may include general exams administration as well as support around internal and external examinations.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Supply Examinations Officer, duties may include:

• Coordinating examination entries and timetables

• Preparing examination rooms, papers and materials

• Supporting the smooth running of examination sessions

• Liaising with staff, students and examination boards

• Maintaining accurate examination records

• Supporting access arrangements

• Coordinating examination invigilators

• Assisting with results and post-results administration

• Ensuring JCQ and school procedures are followed

• Maintaining confidentiality and secure examination information

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in school examinations administration

• Knowledge of JCQ regulations would be advantageous

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
