Product Marketing Manager
Hello, let us introduce ourselves!
watchTowr is the Preemptive Exposure Management capability trusted by Fortune 500 companies and critical infrastructure providers.
By combining proactive threat intelligence, real attacker telemetry, and automated red teaming, watchTowr continuously identifies and validates real exposure - so security teams can outrun real-world threats.
When exploitation happens in hours, watchTowr delivers what no one else can: time to respond.
We are a global team of operators, researchers, and engineers who have spent years thinking like attackers - and we are now building the technology to stop them. Our work is recognised across the industry, with original vulnerability research from watchTowr Labs and innovations like Instinct and Attacker Eye shaping the future of cybersecurity.
Backed by $29M in funding, recognised by Gartner, and scaling fast across the globe, we are in a high-growth phase of our journey. We are a young, high-energy, and research-driven team, obsessed with building world-class technology - and we want exceptional people to join us.
But what’s the role?
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define how watchTowr is positioned, understood, and sold. This role translates PEM, Threat Intel, and platform capability into clear narratives that drive revenue. This role is based in the UK or the US (East Coast).
Sounds great – what will I do?
This role involves:
Owning product positioning and messaging for the watchTowr Platform and core capabilities, ensuring a clear, consistent narrative across all customer-facing content in a fast-moving, evolving product landscape.
Leading go-to-market execution for launches, rapid reaction moments and major initiatives, working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
Creating sales narratives and enablement including talk tracks, executive summaries, and POV content to support deal progression and customer conversations.
Translating technical research into commercial value , connecting Labs and Threat Intel outputs to why watchTowr exists and what the platform uniquely enables.
Working closely with Sales leadership to evolve messaging based on real buyer feedback, objections, and deal dynamics.
Partnering with Demand Marketing to map content and messaging to conversion, pipeline creation, and deal velocity.
Collaborating with Social & Content teams to ensure external storytelling consistently ties back to watchTowr platform capabilities and the PEM narrative.
Sounds perfect to me, what specifics are you looking for?
Ideal Experience
Ideally, you should have 5 or more years of experience, with:
Product Marketing in B2B Cybersecurity SaaS: Hands-on experience marketing complex technical security platforms to enterprise buyers, with a clear focus on selling outcomes over features.
Startup or Scale-up Experience: comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, building structure where little exists, and owning outcomes rather than waiting for process.
End-to-End GTM Experience: Proven experience independently leading product or capability launches — from positioning through to sales enablement and execution.
Enterprise Sales Enablement: Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with narratives, talk tracks, and assets that influence deals.
Strong Technical Fluency: Comfortable working directly with Product, Engineering, Labs, or Threat Intel teams and translating technical depth into market-facing value.
Commercial Mindset: comfortable measuring success through pipeline impact, deal progression, and revenue influence.
Clear Storytelling & Synthesis: Able to distil complex security concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
Marketing Systems Expertise: Familiarity working with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, Figma, Webflow, Jira.
This role is not suited to generalist SaaS product marketers or those new to cybersecurity. We are looking for someone who already understands the security buyer, the threat landscape, and how enterprise security products are sold.
What’s in it for me?
Competitive compensation - we believe that hard work, skills and ambition should be fairly compensated.
Meaningful role in a company - You will be a key and early contributor to a fast-growing cybersecurity business that helps protect some of the world's largest enterprises.
The best tools and powerful kit - we enable you with the tools to effectively fulfil your role.
Endless opportunities – we are in a high-growth phase of our journey, and plan to promote from within as we scale.
Work with cyber security experts – we are solving cutting-edge industry-wide cyber security challenges with some of the world’s most advanced organisations.
