We’re looking for a Digital Talent Apprentice to join our team—no prior recruitment experience needed. You’ll be supporting candidates into digital and tech modern apprenticeships, helping them take their first step into exciting careers.
This is a fantastic entry-level role where you’ll learn everything from sourcing candidates to managing the recruitment process, all while working towards achievable targets and building valuable skills.

What you’ll be doing:
- Use our Applicant Tracking System (Kallidus) to manage candidate data, track applications, and generate reports
- Work across Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) to communicate, schedule, and create documents
- Maintain accurate digital records and support basic data analysis and reporting
- Use video platforms (e.g. Hinterview) to manage interviews and create digital content
- Organise and store documents securely using cloud-based systems in line with GDPR
- Coordinate interviews and manage workflows using digital tools and shared calendars
- Support improvements to systems and processes to increase efficiency

No recruitment experience? No problem. If you’ve worked in customer service, retail, hospitality—or you’re just starting out—we’ll give you the training and support you need to succeed.
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch. Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 at home.

This vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer. Throughout your learning journey, you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work. They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
