BMS Static Engineer Are you a skilled BMS Service Engineer looking to step away from the constant travel and take on a static site-based role? You'll be responsible for maintaining, optimising, and fault-finding on a range of BMS and control systems to ensure building performance, comfort, and energy efficiency remain at their best. London £50,000 - £60,000 Company Bonus Company Vehicle Expenses Covered On Call Rota Overtime Possibilities Pension Private Healthcare Yearly Appraisal Responsibilities: Day-to-day service, maintenance, and fault-finding of BMS systems Carrying out routine checks, diagnostics, and minor upgrades Supporting energy performance and system optimisation initiatives Working closely with on-site teams to ensure smooth system operation Identifying potential system improvements and supporting upgrade works Desired Experience: Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer Strong knowledge of Trend, Tridium, or Siemens systems (any manufacturer experience considered) Confident in fault-finding, adjustments, and software interrogation Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Based within commutable distance to Central London What's On Offer: Static site - no long-distance travel Competitive salary and package Training and development opportunities Work on a landmark building with cutting-edge technologyINDUK
