Sidcup, Greater London
Project Installation Co-ordinator | Sidcup, Kent | £33,000 pro rata (Full Time or Part Time Available)

A well-established and highly regarded manufacturer of bespoke kitchens and fitted interiors is looking for a Project Installation Co-ordinator to join its team in Sidcup.

This is a key role within the installation operation, coordinating fitting teams, project managers, production and external suppliers to make sure projects run smoothly from factory to final installation.

The role is offered as a temporary maternity cover position, expected to run until approximately March 2028 , with the exact end date dependent on the return of the current postholder.

You'll be the central point of coordination between the various teams involved in delivering installations, making sure everyone has the right information, materials and timings to get the job done properly.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating remedial and additional works with project managers and fitting teams.
* Liaising with production and project managers to ensure materials and components are available when required.
* Coordinating third-party suppliers, including specialist suppliers and waste management services.
* Preparing and managing fitter work instructions, job pricing and completion documentation.
* Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers, fitting teams, project managers, production and suppliers.
* Checking fitter invoices and ensuring costs are correctly allocated to projects ahead of payment.
* Maintaining installation team records, including insurance, site licensing and equipment allocation.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to keep multiple moving parts under control.

You'll need:

* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* A proactive approach and the ability to find practical solutions.
* Good computer skills, particularly Word and Excel.
* Experience with Sage would be an advantage.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to deal confidently with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

£33,000 per annum pro rata

There are two options available:

* Part-time: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm
* Full-time: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with additional administrative support responsibilities

The working pattern can be discussed with the successful candidate.
