Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am–16:00pm
Salary: £500–£600 per week

Key Responsibilities
As a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to help students achieve their potential
- Build strong relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence and curiosity
- Assist with experiments, lesson preparation, and resources in Science labs
- Contribute to extracurricular STEM clubs, trips, and competitions
- Act as a positive role model, showing pupils the excitement of studying Science
Who We’re Looking For
To succeed as a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant, you should have:
- A 2:1 or higher in a Science or STEM-related subject
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing your passion
- A genuine interest in supporting young people in their education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude
- An interest in progressing into teacher training in the future
- Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
