Field Sales Representative South West England & South...
At Vitamin Well Group, we provide great-tasting drinks, snacks, and protein products. Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.
In the UK and Ireland, NOCCO launched in 2018, followed shortly after by Barebells. Today, both brands have a strong presence across multiple channels including convenience, online and - most importantly for this role - sport and fitness. Vitamin Well joined the portfolio as the third brand in April 2023. Working across these brands means operating at high pace with a strong focus on execution, innovation and building lasting relationships in the fitness community. And our journey has only just begun.
We are now looking for a Field Sales Representative – Sport & Fitness to take ownership of how our brands perform in South West England and South Wales .
About the role
In this role, you will take full ownership of how NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well perform in your region. That means building and sustaining strong relationships with gym managers, trainers and key fitness partners, securing distribution, and ensuring our products are consistently visible, available and executed to the highest commercial standard.
Your day-to-day presence, your ability to connect with people and your commitment to flawless execution will directly shape our impact in the fitness community. This is a hands-on, get-things-done role.
Key responsibilities
- Drive distribution, visibility and volume through efficient route planning and consistent field presence.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with gyms, PT studios, boxes, fitness retailers and key partners.
- Secure weekly orders, manage stock levels and introduce new products to maximise sell-through.
- Execute sampling, demos and events — ensuring our brands stand out in the fitness community.
- Identify growth opportunities and share insights on trends, competitor activity and regional development.
What you can expect
- Direct responsibility where your results show up in both sales numbers and market performance.
- A chance to shape our presence in your region and make a real impact within the fitness community, backed by a driven UK Sales team.
- A fast-growing, dynamic company where ideas turn into action quickly.
- Competitive salary and benefits, including a company car.
Who you are
You are ambitious, proactive and motivated by seeing your results come to life out in the field. Challenges don’t hold you back - they push you forward.
You’re confident building relationships and know how to win trust quickly in gyms and fitness environments. Your communication is clear, persuasive and professional, making you just as effective in a quick sales pitch as in structured reporting.
Organised and structured, you plan effective routes and manage your time independently. You enjoy the freedom that comes with a field-based role and contribute actively to team success.
Fitness is a natural part of your life - you understand the lifestyle, the trends and the community that shape our brands.
Essential skills to succeed
- Proven experience in a high-paced sales environment, ideally within FMCG or fitness.
- Experience running demos, sampling activities or activation events.
- Full UK driver’s licence.
- Strong knowledge of sport and fitness trends and communities in your region.
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely while managing your own schedule.
- Ability to combine hands-on execution with longer-term commercial thinking.
- Fluent in English.
- Based within South West England or South Wales.
Welcome with your application at the latest January 9th 2026.
We will review applications on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the last application day. We appreciate LinkedIn, but to get a full picture of your experience, we ask you to also include a CV.
Life at Vitamin Well Group
Our growing family is made up of over 600 employees, representing a variety of cultures, experiences and diverse backgrounds. This diversity is a great asset as we continue our expansion and evolve our portfolio. At the same time, Vitamin Well is still very much a Swedish company, promoting Swedish values when it comes to both business and people. We treat each other in a fair and equal way, and we respect one another based on our qualities. As we expand Vitamin Well Group’s business, we are also committed to minimizing our environmental impact and continuously strive to lower emissions from for example production, logistics, and packaging.
Working at Vitamin Well, we provide a dynamic environment defined by ambition, dedication, and an entrepreneurial spirit. In our action-oriented culture, the ability to make swift decisions is paramount in bringing ideas to fruition. We are committed to fostering an atmosphere where every individual's unique strengths contribute to our collective success. As a health and exercise-oriented company, we inspire an active lifestyle by partnering with top-performing athletes, but we also promote and support exercise among our employees.
As part of the recruitment process, we may ask you to conduct a personality test as well as a test that measures logical ability. The purpose of the tests is to evaluate candidates as objective as possible and identify the best possible match for the role. The tests are based on solid research and are taken through our partner Alva Labs.
