Quant Capital is urgently looking for a full stack Bootstrap Javascript Developer to join our high profile client.

Our client well known fintech small banking business in the payments and social finance scene. (They are not a crowdfunder).

The current team stands at 5 developers who work in a true Agile fashion. They use PhoneGap at the frontend with Python and some Clojure at the backend on an AWS Linux Stack. Most of our testing is done using Karma, Mocha, Chai, Sinon, Selenium, and Appium . They use tools like Grunt and Jenkins to build and deploy. This is a team of real geeks including a £2.5k tech spend and a £2.5k tech training budget.

The team enjoy hackathons, weekly talks from major fintech technologists and leaders as well as a real technology culture, not to mention the bleeding edge in terms of stack.

You will have the ability to understand business problems and define technical solutions that are released quickly and effectively.

• Using microservices for real without creating API spaghetti
• Building the right thing the right way – surprisingly hard even in a tight-knit team using TDD/BDD
• Coding with Young People

I expect someone who keeps on top of the latest technologies (especially DevOps tools, JavaScript nuts and bolts, frontend exposure and new methodologies) and who is prepared to take on the responsibility of keeping up with the curve.

I am looking for amazing developers that want to get their hands dirty and design, develop, and deploy awesome technology.
Javascript Developers MUST have:

• 1 years commercial Javascript
• HTML5
• Jenkins
• Grunt
• Bootstrap
• Potentially some Angular
• MVC
• Ideally some Selenium
• Ideally some leadership or mentoring skills
• A good eye for design and understanding of design processes
• Linux

The environment is that of Facebook or Google, relaxed open with time to think and make the right decisions. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed with an open dress code.
