Transaction Banking Services Internship

Key responsibilities: Client & Account Support Work as a key contact point between Relationship Managers, operational teams, and clients. Assist with client account management, including monitoring balances, facilities, documentation, and daily enquiries. Help maintain accurate mandates and support general account administration. Payment & Transaction Processing Support the authorisation and processing of client credits and debits, manual and automated/SWIFT payments, outward transfers, deposits, Letters of Credit, Guarantees, and standby L/C requests. Assist in reviewing and investigating Nostro activity and daily financial reports. Help manage and re-route SWIFT messages and support Swift Alliance user resets. Process dormant account requests and assist with account openings. Participate in ad‑hoc projects and initiatives led by the TBS Team Leader. Receivables & Supply Chain Finance Support the processing of Supply Chain Finance and Receivables programmes. Review documentation, risk participation agreements, and funding requests. Liaise with internal teams and external platforms to ensure accurate booking and post‑funding reconciliation.
