Sous Chef - New opening for 2026
About this role
A new 200+ cover classic British restaurant that will be opening in Central London in early 2026 is seeking a Sous Chef to join their culinary leadership team.
As Sous Chef, you’ll be instrumental in the overall running of a busy kitchen and fast paced services, helping to deliver consistently high standards and leading a large brigade of Chefs.
- £48,000-£50,000 per annum (total package) + overtime.
- 48 hours per week
- 5 out of 7 days (mixture of shifts)
- Brand new kitchen

The role of Sous Chef:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef/Junior Sous Chef within busy quality kitchens.
An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to lead a large brigade of Chefs. Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and stock control. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role. The restaurant offers a comprehensive benefits package that will be detailed during the application stages.
