Job Title: Supervisor - Luxury Retail Location: Central London Salary: £32,000 per year, with bonus/commission scheme. Role: My client is looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a small team in a premium retail environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets. Assist with daily operations, stock management, and visual merchandising. Ensure excellent customer experience and brand standards. Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Requirements: Retail supervisory experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proven track record in sales and customer service.
