Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Graduate Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Lewisham, London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-achieving graduate who is passionate about education and child development and wants to gain valuable experience within an early years environment.
The Role
As an EYFS Graduate Practitioner, you will:
- Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children within the EYFS.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Observe and support children's progress and development.
- Help maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with experienced early years professionals.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety and EYFS procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a graduate from a Russell Group university .
- Have achieved a 2:1 degree or above .
- Have a genuine passion for working with children and an interest in education or child development.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be enthusiastic, patient, proactive and reliable.
- Be able to build positive relationships with children and staff.
- Have previous experience working with children, whether through employment, volunteering, tutoring or placements, is desirable.
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to children's wellbeing.
Previous EYFS experience is desirable but not essential , making this a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to begin a career within education.
DBS clearance and relevant safeguarding checks will be required.

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year
Degree Requirement: Russell Group university, 2:1 or above
