Level 2 and 3 Nursery Practitioners

Salary:

• Level 2 Practitioners: £23,000 – £24,500 per annum
• Level 3 Practitioners: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
• Support children in their learning and development, following the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Observe and assess children’s progress and report on individual development
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents and colleagues
• Promote children’s well-being and safeguard their welfare

Qualifications and Skills:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
• Experience working with young children in an early years setting (desirable)
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
• Passion for working with children and a desire to make a difference
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
