Conservation Officer
Conservation Officer needed in East London Paying £212.32 per day ref 131903
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
Progress all aspects of the team’s work programme, including:
- Statutory planning casework
- Pre-application negotiations
- Urban design studies
- Conservation area management
- Historic buildings and heritage matters
- Housing regeneration projects
- Planning appeals
- Conservation and design-related policy development
Take a lead role in your area of expertise, ensuring work is delivered effectively, efficiently, and to a high professional standard.
Provide a consistent, timely, and effective advisory service on all design and conservation matters to Development Management colleagues.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to support high-quality design and heritage outcomes.
Contribute to place-making initiatives that respect and enhance the character and appearance of historic areas.
