Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Support the preparation of monthly cost reports and cashflow forecasts
Aid in the assessment of contractor and consultant payment applications
Help with managing tender processes and evaluating bids
Assist in the administration of building contracts and professional appointments
Work collaboratively with the wider project management and design teamsAssistant Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements Circa 1 year experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (RICS accredited)
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Some experience with cost planning and reporting
A genuine interest in the arts, cultural or heritage sectors
Working towards MRICS is beneficialIn Return Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
