Boys and girls of all abilities learn in our top-class facilities, with guidance from FA and UEFA licensed coaches, as well as players who have reached the top of the pro game. But our Academy is more than just football. It’s about communication and dedication. We create an atmosphere where fun and learning go hand in hand, making every moment on the field memorable and every lesson valuable. We are seeking ambitious, reliable, and engaging coaches to deliver high-quality football sessions to boys and girls aged 6–18, helping to develop both their technical skills and passion for the game. What You'll Be Doing: Coaching weekly training sessions and managing the weekend matchdays Creating a fun, safe, and challenging environment for players Supporting player development in line with our academy philosophy Communicating regularly with parents, players, and the wider coaching team Working closely with UEFA-qualified coaches and former professional players What We’re Looking For: FA Coaching Qualification Valid Enhanced DBS and Safeguarding Certificate First Aid qualification Proven experience coaching children in grassroots or academy environments Fresh Nike kit and a range of benefits to brighten your day.
