- Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders across a complex city–centre development
- Monitor site progress, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety standards
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on programme, budget, and milestones
- Ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard and in line with the program.
- Coordinate the design team as well as all on–site activity
- Proven experience managing high–end residential refurbishments/conversions
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing significant project budgets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and programme management
- Has ambition to stay and progress with the company
