The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are now recruiting a Floor Manager for Jacqueline: our refined tearoom and dessert salon that brings together timeless elegance, haute pâtisserie, fine teas and relaxed luxury. Under the creative direction of celebrated pâtissier Marius Dufay, Jacqueline offers afternoon-tea service, exquisite desserts, light meals and live music from midday through evening.

As Floor Manager, you will:

• Lead daily restaurant operations with confidence, grace and a hands-on presence.

• Champion a culture of Relationship Hospitality , ensuring every guest feels recognised, welcomed, and cared for.

• Train, mentor and inspire a diverse FOH team, supporting their growth and performance.

• Oversee guest flow, table management, covers pacing, and service recovery with clarity and calm.

• Partner closely with the Restaurant Manager and Culinary leadership to deliver consistent, intuitive service.

• Drive commercial awareness — understanding guest preferences, reading the room, and maximising opportunities to elevate both experience and revenue.

• Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, cleanliness, and operational readiness for a high-volume luxury environment.
