About the Role

As a Sales Associate , you will join the London team to deliver an exceptional level of service, ensuring each interaction reflects the Maison’s values of excellence, attention to detail, and emotional connection with clients.

Your mission will be to:

• Welcome and advise clients with expertise and authenticity.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with local and international clientele through personalized follow-ups and clienteling actions.
• Contribute to the boutique’s business performance and uphold operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Management and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure the highest standard of presentation and storytelling.
• Act as an ambassador of the Maison, reflecting its codes and savoir-faire at every moment.

Profile Sought

• Previous experience in luxury retail , ideally in womenswear or couture .
• A genuine passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and client engagement.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a sense of service and aesthetic sensitivity.
• Fluent in English ; French or other languages are a plus.
• A positive, agile, and committed mindset within a collaborative environment.
