Were looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the ERP Programme Tech Delivery Head and leadership team in driving this transformation forward.

Location: This role is to be based at the Chiswick office in London.

Your Impact:

As an Executive Assistant youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of this high-profile programme. Youll provide executive administrative support and collaborate with the leadership team to facilitate the delivery of key objectives. From managing diaries and travel plans to organizing workshops maintaining team systems and fostering cross-functional relationships youll be central to the success of this initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive administrative support to the ERP Evolution Programme Tech Delivery Head and leadership team including diary management email handling meetings and travel coordination.
  • Partner with the leadership team to develop and facilitate the execution of the teams objectives.
  • Manage complex travel plans and budgets while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritise incoming requests proactively filtering redirecting or responding as necessary.
  • Maintain shared server areas and prepare documents/presentations for key meetings.
  • Organise team meetings events and workshops and support onboarding for new team members.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects/reports and maintain filing systems.
  • Collaborate with other EAs across GSK including at GLT level to ensure efficiency and remove duplication.
  • Complete statutory and operational tasks (e.g. HR requirements staff records distribution lists organisation charts).

What Youll Bring:

Were looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders (VP Level) and working with leadership teams.
  • Recognised qualifications in business administration and software usage (e.g. MS Teams Office 365).
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with global teams and external parties.
  • A proactive mindset capable of multi-tasking without compromising quality.
  • Discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential matters.
