Global HR Product Owner

As Global HR Product Owner, you’ll lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our organisational design product, OrgVue, driving its adoption across multiple workstreams and banners (B&Q, Screwfix Castorama Etc...). Acting as the bridge between HR, IT and vendors, you’ll ensure the platform meets business needs, delivers exceptional employee experiences, and unlocks powerful insights that directly support workforce and business strategy. Working closely with HR Centres of Excellence, you’ll leverage technology to enable data‑driven decision‑making, continuous improvement and measurable impact across our global HR processes. What's the job: Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for OrgVue and future HR tools, aligned to HR Centres of Excellence priorities Act as the bridge between HR, IT and external vendors, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions Lead global rollouts, upgrades and change initiatives, driving adoption and continuous improvement Ensure seamless integration and high-quality data across HR systems to enable meaningful workforce insights Champion data-driven decision making, supporting organisational design, skills, succession and workforce planning Measure and demonstrate return on investment, ensuring HR technology delivers tangible business impact What you'll bring: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within HR technology or people systems focussing on OrgVue Strong knowledge of OrgVue, including configuration, analytics and platform development A deep understanding of HR Centres of Excellence and how technology can enable their goals Experience delivering global projects and managing complex stakeholder landscapes Confidence working with data, analytics and ROI to inform decisions and influence leaders Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences How We Work: We believe in flexibility and balance.
