About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Times Higher Education Consultancy team , based in our UK team . Working within a busy and collaborative team of experienced market researchers and data analysts, you will support the delivery of consultancy projects for clients including universities, governments and corporate organisations worldwide.
This role is well suited to a recent graduate with a strong interest in the global higher education sector. You will contribute to projects through data analysis, quantitative and qualitative research, and the production of high-quality written and visual insights, using a combination of proprietary THE data, primary research and secondary sources. You will work closely with senior consultants, gaining exposure to a wide range of strategic consultancy work and developing core research and analytical skills.
What You Need
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with evidence of strong written ability
Strong data analytics skills, with proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methods
A strong numeric ability and confidence working with large datasets
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to clearly and accurately present insights through data visualisation
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues across THE Consultancy, wider internal stakeholders and external contacts, demonstrating strong teamwork, a positive “can do” attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team, showing initiative, curiosity and confidence in asking for support when required
Commitment and enthusiasm for working within the higher education market
Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced consultancy environment
A clear interest in a career in higher education, data analysis and market research
