We offer a range of development consultancy and agency advisory services tailored to the specific needs of Landowners, Promoters, Housebuilders, Registered Providers, Lenders and Build to Rent clients. The team acts for a broad spectrum of clients, developing and implementing strategies to convert potential into development opportunities and optimising the value of assets. We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Graduate Surveyor to join our team. This role will involve you in a diverse range of projects including development consultancy for private and public sector clients; sale and acquisition of residential and mixed use development land and plots; medium and longer term strategic land and valuation.

As a graduate in the Nottingham Development team you will be involved with a broad spectrum of activities, to include assisting in agency, consultancy and valuation. You will gain an exposure to all the work we do and be an integral part of our team. You will be involved in data collection and analysis, report and brochure writing and meeting clients and interested parties on site and in meetings.
Training:
Our training and development programme is highly regarded as one of the best in the property industry, and is geared towards enabling our graduates to reach their full potential. As a graduate, you'll also have regular opportunities to attend technical, business skills and personal development activities - including conferences, courses, lectures, networking, mock assessments, revision sessions and social events - which compliment both your practical experience and meet the theoretical requirements of your APC.
We were awarded the Times Graduate Employer of choice for Property for the 19th year consecutively, which highlights our excellent training programme, which is bespoke for each pathway. You will have an APC supervisor and counsellor who support and guide you throughout the two year training programme. They will discuss your training and experience needs at regular progress reviews, ensuring you receive the support you require.
Career Development:
Once you've successfully passed your APC and become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), you'll continue to receive training and career development opportunities. We ensure that your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is current and that all staff are fully up-to-date with changes to legislation and business needs.
