£80,000 - £90,000 Benefits
Central London (4 days per week onsite, 1 day WFH)

Do you have category expertise that spans across FM, Property and/or Real Estate? Our Private Equity backed client in Central London is going through a period of significant growth and expansion, and they are looking for a commercially astute Procurement professional to join their team and support in leading their exciting ongoing Procurement Transformation programme. This strategic Procurement role offers vast opportunity to add value through cost savings, improved SRM and new procurement processes and systems. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement appropriate procurement strategies for FM and Real Estate categories
- Deliver cost savings whilst mitigating risk and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Lead contract negotiations and ongoing contract management with key suppliers to drive value and compliance
- Work collaboratively with other departments to define project budgets and forecasts and ensure buy-in to Procurement initiatives
- Manage and mentor a small Procurement team, and support the Head of Function with the business' Procurement Transformation Programme, reviewing and improving processes, procedures and systems
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and establish suitable contingency plans to ensure business continuity
- Drive compliance with all internal financial controls / policies as well as external regulatory requirements
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven track record in a strategic procurement role, ideally with relevant category experience such as FM, Property, Real Estate or Indirects
- Previous experience in a private equity backed business, or ability to demonstrate how you will thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong analytical skills and a data driven approach (Intermediate Microsoft Excel)
- Honed negotiation skills with experience of negotiating / managing high value contracts
- Good knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysis techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or another related field
- Additional professional certifications such as CIPS or CIMA would be an advantage
- Self-motivated and target orientated, proactive and able to act quickly with initiative
