Real Estate Finance Solicitor (45 PQE or Equivalent)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to 75000 (depending on experience)
A leading London law firm is looking for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its highly regarded and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven lawyer seeking high-quality work autonomy and clear career progression with genuine partnership potential for the right individual.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of real estate finance transactions acting primarily for banks bridging lenders and other financial institutions . The work will involve drafting and negotiating facility agreements security documentation and intercreditor arrangements as well as supporting on complex property and development finance matters.
About You
4-5 years post-qualification experience (or equivalent) in Real Estate Finance .
Demonstrable experience acting for lenders (including banks or bridging lenders).
Strong technical ability commercial awareness and excellent client relationship skills.
Enthusiastic about business development and contributing to the growth of the practice.
A following or client network would be advantageous but not essential.
