An independent school in Redbridge is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Science Technician to join its Science Department.
The school offers small classes, excellent facilities and a supportive working environment, allowing technicians to work closely with teachers and students rather than being part of a large, impersonal department.
The Role Will Include
Preparing practical work for KS3 and KS4
Setting up experiments and demonstrations
Providing technical support during lessons
Maintaining laboratory equipment
Preparing chemicals and solutions safely
Managing Science Department stock
Ordering equipment and consumables
Maintaining COSHH documentation
Carrying out laboratory safety checks
Supporting teachers with practical activities
