Senior Architect

Office: London
Hours: Full-time, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Lead day-to-day technical delivery on two high-rise residential phases
- Support the Associate in the delivery of this landmark project
- Drive production of coordinated Stage 4–5 packages
- Manage workflows, deadlines, and information exchange across teams
- Review drawings, troubleshoot technical issues, and support decision-making
- Liaise closely with consultants to ensure coordinated, buildable solutions
- Provide clear guidance to junior and mid-level team members during production
- Represent the project in technical meetings and workshops
Requirements:
- ARB registered & Qualified Architect
- 5+ years of Post Qualification experience as an Architect
- Confident managing detailed production packages and tight programmes
- Proven experience delivering large, complex residential schemes
- Strong Communication and Organisation skills
- Experience delivering in stages 4 & 5 is essential
- Expert Revit user is essential
