Contracted Hours: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday)

OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit a Results Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking and innovative organisation within the medical and clinical services sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the enabling and issuing of results for all medical, clinical, and drug & alcohol-related procedures, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and service delivery. The Role:
You will undertake a range of responsibilities which include the following: * Supporting the enabling and issuing of medical, clinical and drug & alcohol results with precision and accuracy. * Ensuring all results meet customer expectations in terms of quality, accuracy, and timeliness. * Assisting with the investigation and resolution of customer queries and complaints in an efficient and timely manner. * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless and professional service delivery. Requirements: * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines. * A passion for delivering outstanding customer service. * Administrative or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
