Content Marketing Lead
Key responsibilities of the Content Marketing Lead:
Content Strategy, Creation & Promotion- Work with leadership to align strategy with goals and maximize reach and engagement
- Develop and implement a multi-channel content strategy and promotion calenda
- Create content including web, video, infographics, testimonials, collateral, and podcasts
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce thought leadership content
- Optimize the brands website content for improved user experience and engagement
- Ensure search visibility across web and AI platforms
- Create content for digital PR to support link-building in coordination with the SEO agency
- Create, publish, and promote content across social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook
- Develop and execute YouTube content strategy (including publishing and optimizing videos)
- Create the events calendar, ensuring strategic alignment with marketing initiatives
- Source and secure compelling speakers for events and podcasts
- Grow and manage online communities through engaging content and influencer outreach
- Handle member and community queries and feedback, fostering active participation
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, reach, audience growth, and engagement
- Analyze metrics across channels to optimize content and guide content strategy
